SYSTEM ANALYST

We are seeking a System Analyst with experience in Private Banking and Temenos WealthSuite / Triple'A Plus to support end-to-end application delivery and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and high-quality delivery of business requirements across project phases.
• Perform system analysis activities and prepare functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues related to the platform.
• Support testing activities and ensure delivered functionalities meet approved functional specifications.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to technical and QA teams to facilitate quality implementation and testing.
• Participate in code reviews, solution reviews, and application design discussions.
• Ensure application delivery complies with the bank's policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Work closely with DevOps teams and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Private Banking and portfolio management.
• Experience in Temenos Triple'A Plus (TAP).
• Experience in Temenos WealthSuite product implementation, including versions R23 or R24.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with TAP Core.
• Experience delivering Private Banking solutions with at least two end-to-end application delivery projects.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Experience in application solutioning and code review.
• Experience managing end-to-end application delivery with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Experience ensuring compliance with banking policies, standards, and governance requirements.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Continuous Integration (CI), and n-tier application architecture.
