System Analyst (Banking & Finance)

Responsibilities:

- Help the financial sector in the region to implement mission-critical solutions with state-of-the-art technology.

- Conduct in-depth functional, non-functional and data analysis on financial applications defined by stakeholders.

- Conduct effective and efficient communication with clients for requirements collection in different aspects, such as business and technical.

- Design financial applications based on the client’s requirements, objectives and the company's technology framework.

- Actively participate in all stages of software development life cycle, especially, requirements collection, system design, quality assurance, solution implementation and support.

- Develop strong and harmonise working relationships with stakeholders and ensure successful application delivery and client satisfactory.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Fintech, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

- Good understanding of FinTech and the applications of state-of-the-art technology.

- At least 3 years of working experience as a system analyst, application developer or support engineer, candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior System Analysts.

- Possess in-depth knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, API Development, Mobile Applications Development, Database Design, ETL, SQL, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Experience in Banking, Financial or Wealth Management technology and solutions is strongly regarded.
