System Analyst (SAP FICO)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend appropriate SAP ERP solutions.
• Analyze business needs and prepare functional specifications for system enhancements and custom developments.
• Work closely with developers to design, develop, and implement ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and support SAP FICO modules to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Evaluate existing SAP processes and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Support SAP system upgrades, enhancement packages, patches, and implementation projects.
• Diagnose and resolve SAP system issues while providing timely support to end users.
• Keep abreast of emerging SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous system improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO modules.
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP processes, system configuration, and business analysis.
• Experience working with technical teams on SAP customizations and enhancements.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or SAP certification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA is a plus.
