System Management Specialist (East)

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience:
  • Proven experience managing multiple Windows servers
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance
• Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of on-prem server management, including VMware
  • Ability to independently develop system design and procedure manuals
  • Familiarity with managing cloud servers
• Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to escalate issues promptly and collaborate with the team leader for proactive improvement
  • Experience with workarounds and root cause analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain internal systems and developed bank customer servers
• Develop and maintain operational documentation
• Perform general operations tasks like access log reporting and patching
• Coordinate with vendors and manage contracts (software licenses, hardware maintenance)
• Handle user inquiries and maintain positive communication within the team
