Systems Analyst (Assistant Manager)

Job Responsibilities:

• Involved in systems configuration, production support, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health checks.
• Provide support for mission critical systems including follow up / corrective actions for production issues and defects.
• Maintain service operations documentation, guides, specifications and interfaces between legacy and new systems/data products.
• Assist in investigation of user reported issues.
• Able to provide ad hoc application support and handle multiple applications.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in applications support or similar activities
