about the job

Join a highly collaborative team as a Network Infrastructure Engineer providing specialized technical support and deployment expertise for enterprise communication systems.

• Deliver tier-two and tier-three technical support for regional unified communications and multi-channel interaction platforms to ensure optimal system performance.

• Diagnose and resolve platform incidents while proactively monitoring infrastructure health, capacity, and service continuity.

• Partner closely with technology vendors and multi-functional internal teams to manage complex issue escalations and system integrations.

• Execute end-to-end implementation, configuration, and structural upgrades of telephony and cloud-based communication environments.

• Formulate comprehensive technical documentation, upgrade protocols, and instructional guides for support groups and business users.

skills and experience required

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.

• Relevant industry credentials in enterprise communication platforms such as advanced collaboration architecture or team administration certifications.

• Demonstrated technical experience in supporting unified communications and contact center ecosystems within hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.

• Proficient understanding of voice gateways, session border controllers, and omnichannel call routing integration with CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities paired with structured project delivery skills.
