Job Description

- To attend to all users fault reports on L3IVCS system;

- To liaise with all Telco and oversea telephone lines providers for all telephone lines faults on L3IVCS system;

- To liaise with system contractor that lines to L3IVCS system,

- To log down all fault resolutions on L3IVCS logging files;

- To assist Air traffic controllers for all audio recording playback;

Qualifications

- Min Engineering Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Computing

- Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems

- Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems

- Basic knowledge of IP networking, System fault isolation and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with fault management and logging procedures

- Class 3 driving license
