Brahm Centre is a registered mental health charity dedicated to promoting happier and healthier living through holistic programs. We empower individuals to create their own happiness. We are a full member of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and an Institution of Public Character (IPC). We offer science-based mindfulness programs to enhance mental well-being.

We have a care management team supported by trained volunteers. Working with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), the Ministry of Health (MOH) and healthcare and educational institutions, we support the community through health education, case management, counselling services and outreach. We offer wellness programs and art courses designed to enhance overall well-being.

Role Overview

The Systems Manager leads and maintains the organisation’s digital ecosystem, ensuring reliable operations, strong governance, and continuous digital improvement. The role oversees CRM and Microsoft platforms, driving efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption, while promoting innovation through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operations with high uptime and compliance.
• Lead cloud transformation and enhance scalability.
• Strengthen CRM and Microsoft usage to improve collaboration and productivity.
• Deploy automation and AI to reduce manual processes and improve decision‑making.
• Establish governance and ensure data security.
• Mentor team and engage stakeholders to align technology with business needs.

• High system uptime (≥99%) and successful compliance re-certifications.
