System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and server-related issues.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies.
• Support virtualization platforms, backup/recovery solutions, and endpoint security tools.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, user access management, and MFA administration.
• Document incidents, changes, and technical procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, including cloud and system migrations.
• Travel to client sites as required to provide technical support.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration, networking, and firewall management.
• Knowledge of VMware/Hyper-V, backup solutions (Veeam/Acronis), and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to support Chinese-speaking users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA Network+ / Security+
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco CCNA
• Fortinet NSE
• ITIL Foundation
