Job Title: Teams Voice / TelephonyEngineer
Monthly Salary: $8,500 – $11,500 SGD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams Voice solutions (Direct Routing and Operator Connect)
• Configure and manage Session Border Controllers (SBCs) from vendors such as AudioCodes or Ribbon
• Design dial plans, normalization rules, and voice routing policies
• Configure and manage Call Queues, Auto Attendants, and Resource Accounts
• Support migration from legacy PBX (Avaya, Cisco) to Teams Voice
• Troubleshoot voice quality issues and call failures using tools like Call Quality Dashboard
• Manage emergency calling configuration and location information
• Integrate Teams Voice with contact centre solutions
• Maintain carrier relationships and manage Direct Routing trunks
• Create and maintain documentation for voice architecture and operational procedures
• Perform voice capacity planning and traffic analysis
• Provide third-level support for voice-related incidents

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise voice/telephony engineering
• Deep experience with Teams Direct Routing and SBC configuration
• Understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, and VoIP protocols
• Experience with carrier connections and voice circuit provisioning
• CCNP Collaboration or Microsoft Teams Voice Expert certification preferred
• Experience with Avaya to Teams migration is highly desirable
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and performance analysis skills
• Experience with voice quality monitoring tools
