Job Description - Tech Sales Executive #IJF

Job Description:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within SME, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
  • Generate leads through direct prospecting, partner referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Understand customer business and cybersecurity requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
  • Position SaaS and security solutions based on business value, operational efficiency, risk reduction, compliance, and ROI.
  • Work closely with technical consultants and vendor teams to design and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, managed service providers (MSPs), and technology partners.
  • Support channel partners with sales enablement, training, and joint customer engagements.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with vendor principals to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support successful onboarding and adoption of solutions.
  • Track pipeline progression and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, cybersecurity sales, IT solution sales, or technology distribution.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or distributors is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
