Technical Analyst #IJW

Responsibilities:

• Participate in RFP and presales activities, including requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and preparation of technical and functional proposals.
• Evaluate proposed solutions to identify functional, process, or system gaps, and recommend improvements that enhance business value and operational efficiency for customers.
• Prepare comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to clearly define business requirements and support the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with customers, development teams, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood, implemented, and delivered within project timelines.
• Design and develop PL/SQL components, including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers, to support application functionality and business processes.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries to improve database performance, scalability, and execution efficiency.
• Perform data migration, import, and export activities to support application implementation, maintenance, and operational requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
