Technical Architect

Our client is a pioneering Singapore-based software company that excels in providing cutting-edge IT solutions for training and education. They seek a Technical Architect to craft innovative technical solutions for clients on cloud and on-prem, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end product solutions that meet scalability, reliability, and performance requirements, including technical solutions and proposals during pre-sales.
• Define architectural standards and best practices to guide development teams, ensuring adherence through code reviews and architectural reviews.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution development, driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct architectural reviews and guide system design and implementation to ensure optimal solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,
• More than 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on architecture design.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems, with a strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, primarily Java or C#, and experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as on-premises Microsoft environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
