Job Description

1. Technical Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring project quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Define technical delivery strategies, including system integration, migration, deployment, and operational support.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers and lead key technical discussions.

2. Solution Design & Technical Governance

• Lead solution architecture and integration design across multiple systems and platforms.
• Drive technical decision-making, risk assessment, and performance, reliability, and security optimisation.

3. Customer & Delivery Management

• Lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and customer acceptance activities.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish operational standards, monitoring, automation, and continuous service improvement.

Job Requirements
1. 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, solution architecture, or system integration, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

2. Strong expertise in large-scale system architecture, networking, cloud-native technologies, Linux, containers (Kubernetes), and automation.

3. Proven ability to lead customer technical discussions, develop technical proposals, and manage complex project delivery.
