Technical Lead (Content Management Systems - CMS)

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery, modernization, and implementation of enterprise Content Management System (CMS) solutions. In this role, you will work onsite with the customer, serving as the critical technical bridge between client stakeholders and our offshore engineering teams to ensure complex requirements are seamlessly translated into high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Liaison: Serve as the primary, onsite technical point of contact for the customer. Translate business requirements into robust technical specifications and act as the clear, dependable bridge to the offshore delivery team.
• Solution Design: Lead technical assessments, architectural layout, and implementation strategies for enterprise CMS environments. Collaborate closely with offshore architects to finalize end-to-end solutions, content schemas, and integration patterns while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Delivery Oversight: Provide hands-on technical guidance and governance to the offshore engineering team throughout the SDLC. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex performance or integration issues, and ensure the final delivery meets strict client quality standards.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Manage application deployment cycles and provide support for cloud infrastructure environments hosting the CMS ecosystem, ensuring high availability, scalability, and stability.

Technical Qualifications

• Content Management Systems (CMS): Extensive experience designing, developing, or configuring enterprise-grade CMS and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). Strong knowledge of Directus, Sitecore, Sitefinity, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly required.
• Architecture & Modern Web Design: Strong understanding of modern web architectures, including Headless CMS design, decoupled front-ends, API-first methodologies (REST/GraphQL), and integrating CMS platforms with external enterprise systems.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD deployment pipelines tailored for modern web applications and content hosting.
