Technical Lead(Software and applications manager)

Job Summary

Experienced Software and applications manager is responsible for leading the architecture, development, delivery, and support of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions. This role ensures high‑quality, secure, and scalable integrations while ensuring quality, security, business alignment, managing technical teams and engaging with customers and stakeholders.

·       Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2) solutions

·       Manage and mentor OIC developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

·       Translate business and customer requirements into robust integration designs

·       Oversee integration lifecycle including development, deployment, monitoring, and production support

·       Act as the technical interface for customers, handling discussions, escalations, and RCAs

·       Ensure governance, performance, security, and compliance across all integrations

·       Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2)

·       Experience with Oracle SaaS adapters (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)

·       Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, XPath, and XSLT

·       Knowledge of OCI services such as Object Storage, OCI Streaming, Vault,and IAM

·       Understanding of integration patterns, fault handling, and monitoring

·       Proven experience leading technical teams

·       Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Ability to conduct design workshops and solution reviews

·       Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

·       Oracle OIC Certification (preferred)

16+ years of integration experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership role
