Technical Manager(Cloud)

Responsibilities:

• Work with Pre-sales team and Project Manager to design solutions for exisiting and new clients and ensure that the project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Lead in designing and architecturing of cloud solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Lead the technical resources to complete the required scope on-time.
• Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance optimization of the cloud services and applications deployment and integrations.
• Implement performance tuning strategies to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of cloud-based systems.
• Research and evaluate on emerging cloud technologies, best practices, emerging trends, cloud service providers and technologies.

Requirements:

• 10 years of xperience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 8 years focused specifically on cloud technologies.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions in public, private, or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in cloud automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Candidates should have experience leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving technical initiatives.
• Experience in leading a team of technical resources and provide mentorship and guidance to them (if neccessary)
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Ability to define infrastructure resources declaratively and manage them programmatically.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Experience in containerizing applications, managing container clusters, and optimizing containerized workloads.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, subnets, routing, load balancing, and security groups. Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. Ability to automate software delivery processes and streamline development workflows.
