Technical Services Manager (Security Systems)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee service and maintenance operations, ensuring timely project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships, handle service-related issues and complaints, and provide effective technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the service team while monitoring performance and supporting staff development.
• Develop service plans, manage workflows, enhance technical documentation, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and support technical and operational initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in service or maintenance operations, including team leadership.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry is an advantage, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
