Technology Lead

Overview

The Technology Lead role sits within a complex environment, working with senior stakeholders, technology teams, project teams and the business teams to shape and execute IT strategy, ensuring technology alignment, and addressing any requests.

Responsibilities

The role oversees budgeting, vendor management, and the effective deployment of IT resources, including various technology teams, project managers, and end-user support. You will be accountable for service delivery performance, ensuring SLAs are consistently met while maintaining strong engagement with stakeholders to anticipate evolving requirements. In parallel, you will lead a portfolio of IT programs and projects, providing oversight, governance, and hands-on leadership for critical initiatives where required. The role also carries responsibility for embedding IT governance, risk, and security standards across regional operations, working in coordination with central functions to ensure compliance and best practices are upheld.

Requirements

You bring a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with certification in project management. You have at least 10 years of IT experience, including a track record in senior leadership roles managing teams and delivering enterprise-scale initiatives. Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, application development, and ERP platforms (such as SAP or Oracle) is expected. You have successfully delivered complex projects with significant budgets. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making in a matrixed environment.
