Technology Manager (System Analysis & AI Solutions)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technology Manager (System Analysis & AI Solutions) to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions supporting advanced analytics, AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives. The successful candidate will bridge business, compliance, data, and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solution architectures and data strategies that enable reporting, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making.

This role requires strong expertise in business analysis, solution design, data architecture, stakeholder management, and AI/NLP-enabled analytical use cases within large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business, operational, and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, data engineers, architects, and project teams to define functional and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, machine learning, and NLP use cases.
• Develop logical data models, data layering strategies, and information architecture frameworks to support business intelligence and AI initiatives.
• Design data architectures supporting the ingestion, curation, governance, and management of structured and unstructured data across Data Lake and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into NLP-enabled analytical solutions, including:Text classification and categorizationEntity extractionRisk indicator identificationAlert, case, and document summarization
• Define and review solution designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Perform effort estimation, impact assessments, and project planning activities for new initiatives and change requests.
• Review and approve testing strategies, functional test cases, integration testing approaches, and data validation methodologies.
• Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance requirements are incorporated into solution designs.
• Communicate complex technical, architectural, and data concepts to business users, project sponsors, and senior management in a clear and simplified manner.
• Support project delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives relating to solution architecture, data management, analytics capabilities, and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, solution design, data architecture, or related technology roles.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Experience designing enterprise data architectures, data models, and information management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, data governance, and data integration concepts.
• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Knowledge of NLP use cases such as text analytics, classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and summarization.
• Experience defining testing strategies, data validation frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project impact assessments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
