About the Role

Technology Program Lead – Workplace & Infrastructure Transformation

We are hiring a Technology Program Lead to drive a high-impact workplace transformation initiative for a strategic client.

This role will lead the end-to-end planning, deployment, and optimization of IT infrastructure and modern workplace technologies as part of a large office renovation program.

Key Responsibilities;

•Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and renovation goals

•Act as the primary client-facing leader, managing senior stakeholders and expectations

•Drive end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure projects across phases

•Lead coordination across IT, facilities, construction, and vendors

•Manage RFPs, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations

•Plan and execute migration, cutover, and rollout strategies

•Establish testing, QA, and implementation governance frameworks

•Manage risks, timelines, and provide executive-level reporting

•Drive user adoption, communication, and change management initiatives

•Lead post-go-live optimization and transition to operations

Must-Have Skills & Experience

•10+ years of experience in IT project/program management

•Experience in MSP / IT Services / Consulting environments

•Strong expertise in:

•IT Infrastructure (network, data center, security)

•AV / Video conferencing / collaboration technologies

•Modern workplace tools (M365, endpoint ecosystem)

•Proven experience managing large-scale programs ($2M+)

•Strong stakeholder management (C-level interactions)

•Experience in:

•Vendor management & RFP processes

•Migration, deployment, and cutover planning

Good to Have

•PMP / ITIL certification

•Experience in office relocation / smart buildings / workplace transformation projects

•Exposure to change management frameworks
