Technology Risk & Governance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technology Risk & Governance professional to support the organisation's technology risk and control environment. This role will work closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to drive governance initiatives, oversee risk management activities, and support audit and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance technology risk governance frameworks, policies, and control practices
• Monitor and assess technology, operational, cyber, and third-party risks
• Lead the governance and reporting of technology incidents, including root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and management reporting
• Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and governance updates for senior management
• Support regulatory reviews, audits, and remediation activities
• Partner with stakeholders to drive risk awareness and a strong controls culture
• Identify opportunities to improve risk management and control effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Governance, Operational Risk, IT Audit, Compliance, or related field
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, technology controls, and governance practice
• Experience managing technology incidents, audit engagements, regulatory reviews, and third-party risk matter
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
