Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Secondary N-level or equivalent.
- Strong interest and ability in sales, with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, confident, and determined mindset with resilience against rejection.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven and able to thrive under pressure.
- Training will be provided.
- Open to Singaporeans and Work Permit holders.
Compensation
Monthly basic salary: SGD $4000-$5000.
It provides you with a stable source of income.
Commission for Business: $50 up to No Cap (Average $250-$2000).
An attractive performance-based incentive program with no upper limit on potential earnings.
Weekly commission for the roadshow from $44 up to No Cap (Average $100 - $500).
This is an additional commission stream specifically tied to participation in roadshows.
We provide significant performance-based incentives, allowing for potentially higher earnings beyond the basic salary.
