Telemarketer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to engage prospective clients by phone, introduce financial planning services, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for Financial Consultants using company leads and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients using company-provided leads to generate interest in financial planning services
• Introduce the company’s financial planning services, educational workshops, and client events clearly and persuasively
• Assess customers’ needs to qualify prospects effectively for follow-up
• Arrange appointments for Financial Consultants to meet client needs
• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and support conversion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments in the company’s CRM system
• Achieve individual and team appointment targets while ensuring high service quality
• Comply with company policies on data protection and regulatory requirements

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary

• S$2,500 – S$3,500 per month plus additional performance incentives and appointment bonuses
