Test Program Manager – Private Banking

Must-Have Skills

· 10+ years of Testing/QA experience

· 5+ years as Test Program Manager/Test Delivery Manager

· Private Banking / Wealth Management domain expertise

· Prior UOB experience

· Hands-on experience with Temenos OR Avaloq

· Strong Test Governance and Stakeholder Management

· SIT, UAT, E2E, Regression, and Data Migration Testing

· Experience managing large banking transformation programs

· Knowledge of KYC, AML, and Regulatory Compliance

· Expertise in JIRA, ALM/QC, Azure DevOps

Good-to-Have Skills

· Digital Banking or Wealth Management platform transformation experience

· Test Automation strategy and implementation

· API and Integration Testing knowledge

· Performance and Non-Functional Testing

· Agile/SAFe delivery experience

· Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)

· PMP, Prince2, ISTQB, SAFe certifications

· Experience managing regional APAC banking programs

Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs for Private Banking and Wealth Management initiatives.

· Define and implement comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, Governance Frameworks, and QA standards.

· Manage SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, Data Migration, and Production Validation testing.

· Drive testing efforts for Temenos (T24/Transact) or Avaloq implementations, migrations, and upgrades.

· Collaborate with business stakehtechnology teams, operations, and vendors.

· Establish testing governance, quality metrics, reporting, and steering committee updates.

· Identify and manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, and defects.

· Lead onshore, offshore, and vendor testing teams.
