Training Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and methods of instruction.
• Design learner-centric training content for classroom, online, and LMS delivery.
• Create assessment questions, scenarios, and rubrics.
• Support storyboarding, interactive learning content, and training product development.
• Use Generative AI tools where suitable to support content development and learning design.
• Coordinate training development projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training content meets operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• DACE, DDDLP, ACTA, ACLP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning development.
• Experience in lesson planning, e-learning content creation, and assessment design.
• Experience using Generative AI for training design or content development will be preferred.
• Experience in storyboarding, interactivity branching, or project management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with tools such as Articulate, Lectora, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, HTML, or XML.
• LMS experience will be preferred.
• Ex-RSN service personnel will be an added advantage.
