Position: UAT Tester (HR Payroll)
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400

Job Description:

• Assist in implementing the Human Capital Management system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure comprehensive system testing.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with end-users.
• Document system requirements, specifications, and test results.
• Support other projects and day-to-day activities in the Payroll team.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced payroll professional with a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in payroll operations.
• Proven experience in supporting system implementation and testing, preferably within HR systems or a similar role.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
