UC Operation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UC Operation Engineer with strong expertise in Audio Visual (AV) Operations and Unified Communications (UC).

This role involves supporting meeting room technologies, telecom systems, and virtual collaboration environments, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, webinars, and AV operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction plans for new meeting rooms and define requirements based on global AV standards
• Assess telecom needs with stakeholders and create programming sheets for telecom systems
• Support procurement of telecom hardware and audiovisual solutions
• Coordinate with AV vendors and oversee project execution
• Assist in commissioning and validation of telecom and AV systems
• Plan and coordinate meetings and webinars with stakeholders, including executive teams
• Provide live support during meetings (Q&A handling, recording, muting participants, presentation control)
• Coordinate delivery of post-meeting materials such as recordings and transcripts
• Monitor alert systems for issues in meeting room technologies and coordinate resolution
• Maintain and update trouble tickets and project status using internal tools

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Highly Extendable)
• Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid
• Location: Singapore
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only

Must-Have

• Experience in Audio Visual (AV Operations)
• Experience in Unified Communications (UC Operations)
• Hands-on exposure to meeting room systems, telecom, and collaboration tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience reviewing AV and telecom requirements for meeting room setups
• Experience working with vendors and supporting AV/telecom procurement
• Ability to support live meetings, webinars, and virtual collaboration environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills for AV and UC systems
• Experience managing alerts, incidents, and issue resolution workflows
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certifications preferred
