Together, we are here to revolutionize real-time 3D technology. Our goal is to push the boundaries of real-time 3D visualization, offering innovative tools that enhance user experience and operational efficiency across various industries.
We are hiring a Technical Artist proficient in Unreal Engine 5 to participate in the production and optimization of digital twin, smart park/campus, 3D visualization, large-screen display, and real-time interactive projects. This role requires building an efficient bridge between artistic expression and technical implementation, taking responsibility for scene effects, material rendering, lighting atmosphere, performance optimization, and the delivery of visualization and interaction effects.
Responsible for building scene visual effects in UE5 projects, including lighting, materials, post-processing, VFX, and overall image quality optimization.
Work with 3D modeling, art, front-end, and development teams to deliver real-time rendering results for digital twin / smart park / architectural visualization scenes.
Responsible for UE5 scene performance optimization, including polygon count, material complexity, lighting cost, texture resources, LOD, Nanite, Lumen, and other optimizations.
Create and optimize UE5 materials, blueprints, particle effects, interactive effects, and reusable assets.
Assist in establishing project art standards, asset naming conventions, import guidelines, and scene production workflows.
Implement visualization interaction effects such as spatial walkthroughs, floor switching, device point markers, alarm highlighting, and path animations according to project requirements.
Resolve technical art issues during UE5 project production, improving image quality and runtime efficiency.
Proficient in Unreal Engine 5, with hands-on UE project production experience.
Familiar with common UE5 modules such as lighting, materials, post-processing, blueprints, Niagara, and Sequencer.
Familiar with the PBR material workflow, with strong visual aesthetics and spatial representation skills.
Understanding of UE5 performance optimization methods; familiar with LOD, Nanite, Lumen, texture compression, draw calls, scene resource management, etc.
Familiar with at least one or more 3D and texturing tools such as 3ds Max / Blender / Maya / C4D / Substance Painter / Photoshop.
Able to communicate efficiently with engineering, art, product, and project teams, with strong problem-decomposition and delivery capabilities.
Experience with digital twin, smart city, smart park/campus, architectural visualization, virtual showroom, or real-time large-screen projects is a plus.
Experience with web-based 3D, Cesium, Three.js, GIS, BIM, point clouds, or oblique photography is a plus.
Familiarity with how UE integrates with web front-ends, back-end data interfaces, VMS video streams, and IoT device data.
Experience optimizing large-scale building, park/campus, or city-level 3D scenes.
Familiarity with Datasmith, BIM model import, and FBX / GLB / USD asset workflows.
Some blueprint development capability, able to independently implement basic interaction logic.
Experience with digital twin visualization platforms, park/campus operations platforms, or security visualization projects.
