Unity Developer (Junior / Mid / Senior)

I'm currently helping a fast-growing gaming company look for Unity Developer (Junior / Mid / Senior, multiple headcount)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile game projects using Unity and C#
• Design and implement gameplay features, game systems, UI, and tools
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality gaming experiences
• Optimize game performance, stability, memory usage, and user experience across mobile platforms
• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and feature planning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards

Requirements

• 1+ Game development experience is required
• 1+ years of Unity development experience
• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity Engine
• Experience working on shipped game projects from development through launch
• Good understanding of game architecture, gameplay systems, UI implementation, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with mobile game development workflows on iOS and Android
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in creating engaging player experiences
