Urgent: IT Infrastructure Lead (Manager)

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Leadership & Engineering

• Oversee and drive the end-to-end design and rollout of enterprise infrastructure solutions across corporate IT, 5G networks, system platforms, and cloud environments
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to infrastructure engineers
• Ensure infrastructure designs meet standards for scalability, reliability, and security
• Manage networks (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, load balancing)
• Oversee servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and system platforms
• Plan infrastructure upgrades, capacity expansion, and modernization initiatives
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

Security & Compliance

• Implement infrastructure security controls and system hardening practices
• Manage identity, access control, and privileged access processes
• Support vulnerability management, patching, and risk remediation
• Ensure security logging, monitoring, and audit readiness
• Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Operations & Service Management

• Oversee infrastructure operations, monitoring, and incident response
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (incident, problem, change)
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical issues
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and operational standards
• Improve service reliability and operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Projects

• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development
• Manage infrastructure projects from planning to execution
• Coordinate vendor management, SLAs, and procurement activities
• Support technology evaluation and infrastructure roadmap planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10–12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 2–3 years in leadership role
• Strong experience in Networking (routing, switching, firewalls), Enterprise systems (Cisco, Palo Alo, SIEM), Servers and virtualization (Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V) and Monitoring and IT operations tools (Grafana, Zabbix, ITSM tools)
• Strong background in infrastructure security, hardening, and compliance environments
• Experience supporting infrastructure audits, control validation, and regulatory compliance
• Exposure to cloud (Azure/AWS) is an advantage
• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, VCP, RHCE preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proven RCA experience
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, fintech, telecom) is highly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
