Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end build-out and operationalisation of the Microsoft Fabric / Databricks data platform.
• Design and implement data pipelines ingesting from ERP, CRM, and operational systems into MS Fabric Lakehouse / Databricks.
• Build and maintain Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold) with Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and PySpark/SQL Notebooks.
• Embed data quality checks and validation rules within MS Fabric / Databricks pipelines.
• Deploy Microsoft Purview for data lineage, business glossary, and access governance.
• Build and maintain semantic models and Power BI datasets on top of the Gold layer.
• Standardise KPI definitions and support migration of existing Tableau workloads where applicable.
• Provide a governed, high-quality data foundation to support AI and Microsoft Copilot use cases.
• Act as the primary technical owner of the MS Fabric / Databricks platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• With 5 years in data engineering, data platform, orBI/analytics engineering roles
• Hands-on, production experience with Microsoft Fabric — including Lakehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, ADLS Gen2).
• Proven track record building and maintaining data pipelines from multiple source systems.
• Experience with data modelling methodologies(star schema, medallion architecture).
• Experience implementing data governanceframeworks; Microsoft Purview experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-regional orcross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor or partner delivery engagements is an advantage.
