Urgent: Senior HRIS Engineer (SAP SuccessFactors Payroll & Employee Central)

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll-related incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Monitor and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HANA, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.
• Coordinate system upgrades, testing (SIT/UAT), deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Support payroll processing, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR master data management.
• Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and Employee Central (EC).
• Manage user access, security controls, audit compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Ensure accurate data flow, interface monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and AMS teams to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and/or Employee Central (EC).
• Strong background in application support, incident management, change management, and production support.
• Good understanding of HR processes, payroll operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience supporting integrations with SAP HANA, ServiceNow, middleware, or other enterprise platforms.
