Responsibilities
• Design and deliver workforce planning solutions that align talent, skills, and cost with long term business strategy.
• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling
• Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions
• Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans
• Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives
• Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 6-8 years of relevant working experiences
• Strong experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics
• Hands on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning
• Good understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis
• Experience in consulting or large scale enterprise implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
• Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to HR or Finance transformation programs
