Job Description - Trainee #SGUnited (Accounts assistant)

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Perform monthly bookkeeping closing, including data entries posting.

2. Prepare quarterly GST and submission to IRAS.

3. Monthly payroll calculation and CPF submission.

4. Prepare yearly annual report.

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

1. Skill of using accounting software, eg, MYOB and XERO to perform accounting entry.

2. Knowledge to perform bank reconciliation, prepare balance sheet details schedule and other journal entries.

3. Competencies to use IRAS tax portal for GST and income tax submissions.

4. Skill of using tax software (Singtax) to prepare tax computation.

5. Skill of using payroll software (Times Software) to perform monthly payroll.

6. Knowledge of preparing annual report accordance Singapore Financial Reporting Standard.
