Ms Durian is looking for a trainee for the Manager position to join our team! 

You must be a customer-oriented and highly motivated individual. Bonus if you have a love for durian! 

Traineeship offered: 8 Months

Specific Responsibilities:

1) Welcoming and greeting customers, display good knowledge of our products and fulfill customers inquiry;

2) Managing online and offline orders;

3) Managing inventory of raw materials and packaging materials; 

4) Work with the kitchen to fulfill orders;

5) Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of cafe;

And other ad hoc duties as assigned! 

Learning outcome:

1) Effective communication and teamwork 

2) Providing seamless customer service through tele and messaging

3) Manage Point-Of-Sale System 

4) Manage digital scheduling of work for the team 

5) Time Management 

6) Basic baking skill and preparation of pastries

7) Participation in planning workflow implementation

8) Participation in planning launch of new products

Working Hours

10 am to 9 pm ( 1.5 hours break )

5 days work week ( required to work on weekends & public holiday )

Eligibility Criteria:

•All Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; Except for candidate Graduated or graduating in the calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); orb. Graduated earlier from the above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
