Job Description - Ad Recommendation Algorithm Intern Engineer

Business Unit

Corporate Development Group (CDG) as the platform for the company's new business incubation and new business exploration, CDG is responsible for promoting development and innovation for important areas such as financial technology and advertising, as well as marketing services, including payment and financial applications. As a professional support platform, CDG also supports the company and various business groups in strategic planning, investments and mergers, investor relations and corporate global communications, marketing and public relations, and more.

What the Role Entails

Deeply understand overseas advertising business scenarios. Identify opportunities for technical enhancement through keen data insights, and continuously optimize recommendation strategies and models to improve core business metrics.
Explore and conduct research on cutting-edge recommendation technologies.Be responsible for the development and performance optimization of overseas advertising recommendation algorithms. You will focus on one of the following specific areas:
Model & Algorithm: Optimize estimation models for precise ranking (pCTR/pCVR/pLTV) and recall(LTR). This includes but is not limited to research in ultra-long sequence modeling, multimodal large models for recommendation, multi-scenario & multi-task learning, and scaling up complex cross networks.
Bidding Mechanism: Optimize algorithmic strategies for cost attainment, volume scaling, and cold start. This includes but is not limited to applying reinforcement learning and generative bidding techniques.
Industry-Specific Algorithms: Optimize models and strategies for key industries such as gaming and e-commerce. This includes but is not limited to exploring AI-powered intelligent delivery solutions.

Who We Look For

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Solid programming skills and algorithmic foundation, proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, Go, or Scala.
Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning/deep learning, proficient in at least one mainstream deep learning framework like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Familiar with the use of big data platform tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about tackling challenging problems.
Strong communication skills, proactive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, self-motivated, committed to continuous learning, and excellent teamwork ability.
