Aon Health Solutions is a leading provider of innovative health and benefits consulting services, helping organizations design and manage employee health and wellbeing programs. With deep expertise in health strategy, data analytics, benefits design, and regulatory compliance, Aon partners with clients to develop tailored solutions that improve employee health outcomes, manage costs, and enhance workforce engagement.
As a Health Solutions Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our clients in designing, implementing, and managing health & benefits and wellbeing strategies that protect and empower their people. Supported by experienced mentors, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference to organizations and their employees.
Assist in employee health and benefits program, such as medical, dental, wellness and mental health programs and initiatives
Support client service teams with management of client accounts, preparation of reports, and renewal documents and processes
Analyze claims data and trends to help clients optimize program performance and improve employee health outcomes
Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders
Support account management activities and play an active role in delivering excellent client service
Collaborate and maintain effective and productive working relationships Aon teams and colleagues
Keep abreast of current market developments, regulatory changes and emerging best practices in health and employee benefits
Effectively participate in on-the-job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Fresh graduates who are able to commence full-time employment in July 2026.
Great at thinking critically, solving problems, and using data to guide decisions.
A collaborative team player, comfortable building relationships and working with diverse groups.
Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
