What You'll Do
As an Regional CRM Intern, you will provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system, loyalty program management, customer engagement personalization journey, analytics and ad hoc projects.
The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce, ICT department, Regional Brands team as well as local CRM and brands team.
You will:
Support the platform migration and enhancement of Shiseido Group regional loyalty management system
Assist in regional dashboards and reports build and enhancement on Global BI and data visualization platform
Assist in CRM KPI reporting on quarterly basis
Support data analytics to derive insights to drive brand and CRM objectives
Assist in creation and enhancement of regional CRM assets in collaboration with regional brand teams
Support regional and local markets with omnichannel customer journeys best practices
Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, member engagement, VVIP customer retention and personalisation
Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities
Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders
Support on any ad-hoc projects and tasks where necessary

Who We're Looking For
You are:
Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), with a strategic, inquisitive mind to interpret consumer data and translate it into actionable insights
Preferred hands-on experience or knowledge of customer platforms like Salesforce, Insider or Braze
Outgoing, sociable, and confident in public speaking and presenting to a wider audience
An independent, resourceful self-starter and team player, who thrives in collaborative environments and remains open to guidance and continuous learning
Passionate about beauty industry
