What You'll Do

As a Regional Talent & Organisational Development Intern, you will be offered hands-on experience in designing and delivering impactful initiatives that shape employee engagement, learning experiences, and organisational culture.  

You will:

  1. Support the planning and execution of T&OD initiative, employee engagement activities and events.  
  
  

  
  
  
  
  
  

  2. Design and develop engaging T&OD collaterals, presentation decks, infographics and digital content. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  3. Create communication materials, videos, and visual assets for employee engagement campaigns, Townhalls, learning initiatives, and employer branding. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  4. Contribute to organisational development projects that enhance workplace culture, employee engagement and employee experience. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  5. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to support T&OD initiatives. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  6. Analyse participation data, survey feedback and engagement insights to support continuous initiatives’ effectiveness. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on change management, communication and T&OD projects. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  8. Provide project coordination support to regional TOD programs and activities.

Who We're Looking For

You are:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.  
  
  

  
  
  
  
  
  

  2. Proficiency in Canva with the ability to create appealing communication materials. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc. 

  
  
  
  
  
  

  4. Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
