Branding & Event Specialist Intern [IDA: 00037]

• Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging employee culture content, including videos and social posts, to showcase workplace life and company values
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s presence across digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create and curate content that strengthens employer branding and enhances overall employer reputation
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all social media channels

• Metrics & Analytics:
  • Track and analyze employer branding performance across digital channels using relevant metrics. 
  • Optimize messaging to improve reach, engagement, and conversion. 
    
     
• Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate event logistics such as booth setup, materials, and on-site arrangements
  • Provide end-to-end support in event planning, including pre-event preparation and post-event follow-up

• Skills: Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a strong eye for visual content.
• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
