The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities* for a period of 3 to 6 months across various sectors. 

The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy. It supports structured traineeships for trainees to gain hands-on industry-relevant experience and skills, preparing them for successful transition into full-time employment.

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria:  

• Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or


• Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026


• Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship

Make an impact by:

Network TV Engineering & Cloud Operations

• Support Network TV Engineering projects, cloud deployments, and broadcast system operations.


• Assist with system configuration, integration, service monitoring, and troubleshooting in media environments.


• Contribute to service reliability, operational readiness, and streaming performance improvements.

Content Delivery Network & Content Delivery

• Support CDN and digital content distribution operations to ensure smooth streaming experiences.


• Monitor service performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate escalations when needed.


• Help optimize content delivery quality, stability, and customer viewing experience.

Project Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver projects on time.


• Track project schedules, risks, milestones, and operational performance.


• Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and operational updates while gaining hands-on experience in broadcast and cloud technologies.
