Business Development Intern

SWAT Mobility’s vehicle-routing technology helps companies, transport operators and government agencies around the world solve complex transportation challenges. SWAT is looking for an intern to support the business development and marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to think critically, is a self-starter, and is comfortable with open-ended problem-solving. We value effective communicators with a positive work attitude that are motivated by the desire to learn, achieve and contribute.

What you will do: 

• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and top management internally


• Conduct primary and secondary market research and validation to provide insights and support the business development team


• Identify opportunities and work on the expansion of new business verticals for a well-established start-up


• Drive SWAT’s content strategy, and create original content, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, and case studies

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives

• Work cross-functionally with other teams within the organization to ensure alignment and effective communications across departments

Requirements:

• Experience in client-facing roles and external communications is ideal


• Problem solver and self-starter who demonstrates the ability for critical thinking


• Familiarity with market validation and proposal creation


• Passion for engaging clients and ensuring the success of projects


• Organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
