The intern will receive a variety of work assignment from the e.g. partner with HRSS, TA in managing all ongoing operational tasks and assignments. Hands on delivering of assigned tasks within HRBP functional jobs, employee related support and inquiries.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Support the HRBP team in the day-to-day employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, internal mobility, offboarding) by coordinating with HRSS, TA, employees and line managers.\n * Executing of employee engagement initiatives and events management\n * Administration of employee benefits related tasks and routine\n * Support for key HR processes including performance management, probation/confirmation, engagement, learning admin) and other initiatives/projects\n * Handle employee inquiries professionally and escalate complex cases appropriately; maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information\n * Complete other assigned duties/projects under the supervision of the HRBP\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Good standing as a undergraduate business student from a reputable university\n * Some experience working with data\n * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint\n * Critical thinking skills\n * Excellent written and oral communication skill\n * Proven ability to translate ideas into action\n * Meticulous and is a teamplayer\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories \u2013 On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. \u2018On-site Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. \u2018Virtual Flex\u2019 you\u2019ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.\n
