KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in managing customer requests, purchase orders, and operational workflows. Support the Service Delivery team on business operations and reporting tasks. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes. Contribute to project management activities, including tracking deliverables and preparing documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proactive, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks independently. Interest in business operations and process optimization.
