We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support the digitalisation of archival materials at SBG Library. Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the preparation of photographs and other archival materials for digitalisation.
Inventorying and listing archival items.
Organising and managing digitalised files received from vendors.
Conducting quality checks on digital outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
Self-directed and able to work independently.
Highly detail-oriented and organised.
Ability to follow established processes consistently.
Qualification:
Diploma or equivalent.
5 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week.
