E-commerce and Marketing Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven E-commerce and Marketing Intern to support our growing digital and e-commerce presence. As part of the marketing team, you'll get hands-on experience managing online marketplace operations, executing performance marketing campaigns, and contributing to the growth strategy of our brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven business growth. 

• Actively participate in performance marketing to boost sales on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon. 
• Optimize product listings and manage advertising campaigns to drive sales and improve ROI. 
• Contribute to commercial strategies for portfolio brands and analyze market trends for better positioning. 
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing campaigns and projects. 
• Develop, budget, and implement marketing campaigns across various marketplaces, adjusting strategies based on performance. 
• Create and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to drive customer engagement. 
• Track and manage client orders and inquiries, handling correspondence promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction. 
• Assist the team with e-commerce and digital marketing matters, and support with ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor. 

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 
• Possess a flair for creative content ideation and design 
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) 
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on diverse responsibilities
