Our technology starts with you.\n\nJob Overview\n\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail\u2011oriented Environmental Management Data Analytics and Compliance Intern to support our Environmental and Sustainability team. In this role, you will gain hands\u2011on experience monitoring environmental performance, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and internal standards, and using data analytics tools to drive continuous improvement. You will help collect, analyze, and report environmental data to support our sustainability and compliance goals.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Assist Environmental Engineers / EHS Specialists in monitoring and analyzing environmental data (e.g., energy use, water consumption, waste, emissions).\n * Support compliance activities by ensuring adherence to environmental regulations, permits, and internal Environmental Management System procedures.\n * Utilize web\u2011based environmental data management and analytics tools to track key performance indicators and identify trends.\n * Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate environmental performance and compliance status to stakeholders.\n * Contribute to maintaining records and documentation required for audits, inspections, and certification (e.g., ISO 14001).\n * Collaborate with cross\u2011functional teams (operations, facilities, supply chain, quality) to support corrective actions and environmental improvement projects.\n * Participate in internal environmental audits, site inspections, and risk assessments as needed.\n * Assist in the development and improvement of tools, templates, and processes for environmental data collection, reporting, and compliance monitoring.\n\n\n\n \n\nQualifications\n\n * Working toward or recently completed a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.\n * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire, or similar).\n * Familiarity with environmental topics such as emissions, waste management, water and energy use, or environmental regulations is an advantage.\n * Interest in or exposure to web\u2011based data management systems and willingness to learn new digital tools.\n * Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.\n * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n * Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and learn.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat You Will Gain\n\n * Practical experience in environmental management, data analytics, and regulatory compliance within a large industrial/Corporate environment.\n * Exposure to how environmental data is collected, validated, analyzed, and reported to meet internal and external requirements.\n * Opportunity to work with experienced EHS and sustainability professionals on real\u2011world environmental and improvement projects.\n * Development of skills in environmental performance reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools.\n * Insight into Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001) and their application in an operational setting.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
