Job Description:

Procurement:

Logistics:

•Monitor local freight situation & optimize the situation

•Purchasing

•To issue Purchase Order for indirect spend, packaging & trading goods in timely manner

•Follow up with supplier regarding delivery & arrange shipment accordingly.

•Communicate to internal stakeholders regarding incoming shipments & price enquiries.

•Assist with new vendor application in system.

•Support any ad hoc duties as assigned by the team.



Finance:

•SAP Migration Project. Assist project manager in data collection, data cleansing for ERP migration.

•Compliance and Controls

1.To assist the Finance Controller in setting up the Corporate Management System portal

2.Work with various Head of Departments to ensure completeness of the process documentation in Corporate Management portal

3.Review process documentation for internal logic, and harmonization of ISO documentation with Corporate Management portal

4.Assist Finance Controller with ad-hoc financial modelling for pricing and costing

Candidates with an business management or finance/ accounting/ supply chain background are preferred
