POSITION OVERVIEW

• Assist with administrative tasks related to the fundraising process.
• Track and follow up on Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and investor-related documents.
• Support in preparing simple financial trackers, reports, and updates for internal teams.
• Help organize investor files and maintain documentation systems.
• Update and maintain investor information in the company’s CRM (Salesforce) to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Help manage the investor meeting pipeline: scheduling, tracking status, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data management tools.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Exposure to the fundraising process.
• Practical experience in financial operations, investor documentation, CRM management, and meeting pipeline tracking.
